Powder Bed Fusion

Pre-alloyed powder (40-100μm) deposited in uniform layers. High-power laser selectively sinters each cross-section, building complex geometry layer by layer.

Thermal Management

Build chamber preheated to 400-600°C to minimize thermal gradients and residual stress — critical for Inconel 718 and titanium alloy structural integrity.

Support & Stress Relief

Support structures designed for efficient removal. Post-print stress relief at 650-950°C eliminates residual sintering stress before optional CNC finishing.
